Returns Policy
At Lumey Paris, we are committed to offering you a seamless, elegant, and uncompromising shopping experience. Should an item not meet your expectations, our return policy has been designed to let you order with complete peace of mind.
We accept returns within 15 days from the receipt of your order, under the following conditions:
- Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items worn directly against the skin (lingerie, bodysuits, briefs, shorties) cannot be returned if the seals have been broken.
- Sale or customized items are not eligible for return.
Lumey Tip: try on your lingerie over your underwear to preserve your right to return.

At Lumey Paris, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason one of our products does not fully meet your expectations, you may return items purchased on our website within 15 days from the date of receipt. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and unwashed.
To return your order, please follow these steps:
- Submit your return request by contacting us at contact@lumeyparis.com.
- Once your return request is approved, our team will provide you with a return slip.
- Include this slip in your package to ensure smooth processing at our warehouse and minimize the refund processing time. Returns without this document cannot be processed.
- Clearly write the following return address on your package:

Drop off your package at your local post office.
Please note: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the carrier selected.
Currently, exchanges for online purchases are not possible. We invite you to return the products for a refund and place a new order for the item of your choice.
Once your return is received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 15 days to the original payment method used at checkout. For deferred debit cards, refunds will follow your standard billing cycle.
